2. Image Processing & User Responsibility

• Temporary Processing: The App captures images solely to perform real-time AI verification of work completeness. Images are transmitted securely, processed immediately, and deleted right after verification. We do not store, archive, or retain your images.
• Content Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for any images or content captured and transmitted through your device. We assume no responsibility or liability for the content, legality, or accuracy of any images uploaded or processed through our server.

3. App Unblocking & Limitation of Device Liability

• Service Availability: The App includes features designed to block or unblock applications based on verified task completion. We do not guarantee that the service will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• No Liability for Device Damage: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to your device, software, operating system, or device contents resulting from any performance failures, bugs, glitches, or delays in our service’s ability to block or unblock apps.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing

Transactions and subscriptions within the App are managed using RevenueCat and processed directly through your device’s platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by the respective platform store policies and RevenueCat’s terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall [Your App Name] or its creators be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its AI verification features.
